Product & Safety
Are your products safe for heavy chewers? While our toys are built to last, no toy is completely indestructible. We recommend supervising your pet during playtime and choosing the appropriate toy size and durability level based on your pet's chewing habits.

Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you and your pet to be 100% happy. We accept returns on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of pet hair or use cannot be returned.
